You don't need to be home when we clean, as long as we can access all areas. We offer the first appointment of the day, and we'll arrive within that first hour. The cleaning time varies based on your chosen service, typically between 30 minutes to a few hours.The initial cleaning costs more because it takes longer, but subsequent cleanings will be at the lower listed price. We'll do our best to clean all your home windows, including accessible Velux-style windows, but not plastic skylights or roof lanterns. Inaccessible windows are rare exceptions.
Important to note:
We no longer go through houses for cleaning. We don't climb onto roofs and will need the cleaning area clear of pets, furniture and children during the appointment. Please ensure our vans have access to park outside or in your driveway.
With our best efforts we will clean all your homes exterior windows, but we can't guarantee the cleaning of every window if they are inaccessible.
